Once you have completed our wish list, we get to work talking to Tenerife Estate Agents, private sellers and property developers, searching for properties that fit into your criteria and forward the details to you by email.
Once you have had a chance to look through them email us with thise you like, tell us those you dont, getting us nearer, step by step, to the properties that are right for you.
The next step will then be to arrange for a short trip here (or as long
as you want) so we can go and view the properties (more may have come in
meanwhile so we can add them to the list).
How do we do it?
As a group of individuals with experience of both large and small estate agencies our view is that clients appreciate a combination of the benefits of both: the marketing muscle, collective experience and international outlook of a large company combined with the personal service, local knowledge and flexibility of a small firm. We strive to achieve that balance and keep our emphasis firmly on knowledge. We do what we know how to do and take pride in doing it.
Who does it?
The members of staff at Tenerife Property come from a variety of backgrounds: legal, financial, property management, residential and commercial agency and marketing. We look at ourselves as a whole and do not rely on the individual parts of our service to satisfy our customers. This approach is not restricted to the level of service achieved but also to the variety of services we provide with taxation, legal, acquisition and investment advice being provided in addition to the more traditional estate agents services.
