Since 1999, a program backed by the General State Authority, the Senior Council of the Chambers of Commerce, diverse Autonomous Communities and Councils has made it possible to establish integral attention centers for the entrepreneur. On a completely free of charge basis, this program has provided guidance services (how to create a company, business viability, types of companies, aid and financing, etc.) and administrative processing services (obtaining the documents, tasks and necessary licenses for creating a company) for every citizen who wishes to set himself up as a businessman.
